Apparently, when I put one specific notification off, it worked.If you go to Android Settings / Apps & Notifications / Spotify and turn off all notifications then turn them back on again that stops it from popping up.Sadly this doesnt work for me... ive been looking for a solution for a couple of days now, and the notification doesnt go away anymore.
